4. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
As our products are consumable food and beverages, returns may generally not be accepted for change of mind or incorrect product selection.
If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, tampered with, incorrect, or materially defective, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery with your order details and, where applicable, photographs/videos of the product and packaging.
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method and may take additional time depending on the payment provider.
